Hosting and server logs

Trial session booking
When you book a trial session, we process your name, email, phone number, preferred time, training goal and your optional message in order to arrange the appointment and contact you about it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is stored in our customer management system and deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose.
Contact form
When you write to us via the contact form, we process your topic, your name, your email address, optionally your phone number, your preferred contact method and your message in order to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The details are stored in our customer management system and deleted as soon as they are no longer needed to handle your request.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) also applies.
Maps and external content
We do not embed maps or videos from third parties. The link to Google Maps only opens when you click it.
