That depends on your plan. Message us before your first visit and we'll sort out the times for you.

Do I need an appointment for my first visit?

Yes, please drop us a quick WhatsApp beforehand. That way someone is there for your introduction on your first visit.

Can I take out my own membership later?

Yes, any time. Just talk to us at the gym.
